Performance and efficiency
Get ready for an engaging and efficient driving experience inside the 2023 Impreza. Each model carries a 2.0-liter SUBARU BOXER® engine that generates 152 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. Base models receive a standard five-speed manual transmission, while all other trims come with a Lineartronic® CVT that boasts enhancements like Incline Start Assist and a seven-speed manual shifting mode. Manual models get up to 30 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway, while CVT models reach up to 36 city mpg and 28 highway mpg. Of course, all Impreza models give you a standard Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system that enables terrific traction even when road conditions are bad. The Impreza also features a four-wheel independent suspension to keep each drive pleasant and smooth.
Whether you choose a sedan or a hatchback configuration, your 2023 Impreza will show off confident and handsome style wherever you go. On Premium and above models, you’ll receive alloy wheels, an All-Weather Package with a windshield wiper de-icer and heated side mirrors. Each hatchback trim comes with a trunk spoiler, and Premium and Limited hatchbacks also receive roof side rails for carrying extra cargo or sports gear. Eight exterior paint color options are available for the Impreza, including Ocean Blue Pearl, Lithium Red Pearl, and Magnetite Gray Metallic.
You and your family will enjoy a comfortable ride inside the 2023 Impreza. There’s room for up to five passengers on cloth-upholstered seats, and the second row provides nearly 37 inches of legroom. On Premium and above trims, heated front seats come standard, while a power driver’s seat and push-button start are offered as options. For a unique interior look, choose a Sport trim with alloy pedal covers and red contrast-stitched sport cloth seats. Impreza sedan models provide 12.3 cubic feet of cargo space in the trunk, and hatchbacks come with 20.8 cubic feet, plus tie-down hooks and an available retractable cargo area cover. When the second row is folded down, hatchbacks can fit up to 55.3 cubic feet of cargo.
