I am writing to let you know about my experience with Carr Auto Group.  I was one of the Saturn owners left in the lurch when Saturn closed.  I need you to know that I have been dealing with Jamie Roark at Carr Chevy for, I guess about a year and a half. I cannot say enough good things about Jamie. I had some major problems with the Saturn and Jamie came through every time to help. He is such an amazing asset to your company. My last problem with the Saturn led my to stop fixing it and to get a new car.  I knew I was going to get a SUBARU. I had hoped to wait another year but when the Saturn died in traffic for the third time on this past Thursday, I decided enough was enough. Jamie put me in touch with some wonderful people at CARR SUBARU.
So...I wanted to let you know that my experience with CARR SUBARU was equally as good.  I was put in touch with Larry Sperling and Spencer Faunt in Internet Sales. I was so upset about having to get a car a year earlier than I expected that I needed someone who was not pushy and willing to work with me. Larry and Spencer were absolutely fabulous. Working mostly with Spencer on Thursday afternoon. He was Knowledgeable and very helpful.  We found the car I wanted, but not the color.  They called around and found the car I wanted, in the color I wanted.  Spencer made the process so easy and was there every step of the way for me.  They had the car for me the very next day at the promised time.
I am so thrilled with the buying experience and overjoyed with the SUBARU.....

I contacted the Carr Subaru Internet Department, by Email, as I live OUTSIDE the Portland area, but visit frequently for business. Having done a great deal of research, I let them know exactly what I was looking for (2010 Cypress Green Outback Limited) and what I wanted to pay. Informed them when I was coming to town and didn't want to spend much time getting the deal handled.
They met all of my requests very well. The car I was seeking was not easy to find. Having hunted many dealerships up and down the West Coast, they had one arriving (in transit).  We handled what we could before hand, then when I arrived, I was greeted very kindly by my salesperson, Christian Manz.  I inspected the Outback I requested (which had just been delivered to the dealership). It was exactly what I wanted. I took it for a test drive, signed paperwork, and was on my way!
Clean, easy transaction. I am thoroughly satisfied and I would definately recommend Carr Subaru to everyone. I would definately do business with them again when I need my next vehicle.

We have now purchased two (2) Outback from Carr Subaru, in Beaverton Oregon, and from Ken Eby (our Sales Rep) both times.  Even though we live in ALASKA and did everthing via the Internet and phone with Ken, he took care of every detail and had both cars ready for us in a matter of days...it was just amazing!!  We highly recommend Carr Subaru and Ken Eby to everyone we can.  He saved us a lot of money and got just what we wanted, and couldn't afford up here.  We also now have a neat friendship with a great guy in Oregon. You are Awesome Ken !! Thank you Carr Subaru !!
